CMS

There are no set up fees for joining our umbrella company CMS . Our fees are £27.50 per week, we do not charge a percentage of your income. We do not charge you when you are not working. There are no termination fees if you leave.

Limited Company

The set up fees for a limited company is £125. Registered office fees are £75, company secretary fees are £75 and monthly accounting fees from £85 (Please note that all limited company fees are quoted excluding VAT).

End of year accounts if not on our monthly services from £450.

Contract review - £50 verbal review – full written report £100.
